The Site and its content are provided for informational and demonstration purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes a professional service engagement, offer, or legal or technical advice. You may view or download materials for personal or internal business reference only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse engineer, or use any content without prior written permission from Ignite AI.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Access or attempt to access non-public systems or data.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Copy or scrape data, AI outputs, or content for competitive use.
  • Misrepresent your identity when contacting Ignite AI.

Ignite AI may suspend or terminate access to any user violating these Terms or applicable law.

Confidentiality and Data Security

Any information you submit through the Site (including forms or demo requests) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, you should not submit confidential, proprietary, or client-sensitive data through the Site. Ignite AI is not responsible for inadvertent disclosure of information submitted outside a secured client environment.

AI and Software Disclaimer

Any AI, data, or software demonstrations on this Site are for evaluation purposes only. They may include synthetic or sample data and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for production use. Ignite AI disclaims all responsibility for actions taken based on AI outputs or sample results.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Ignite AI disclaims all warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We make no representation that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignite AI, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Reliance on any content or materials.
  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or data breach beyond our reasonable control.

If liability is ever established, Ignite AI’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed USD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Ignite AI may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the latest revision.
